The national office is housed at the CBCPNGSI Secretariat Office in Gordons, Port Moresby. It is headed by the National Director who leads a team of five staff including a Program Manager, Advocacy & Research Coordinator, Disaster Management Coordinator and MEL Coordinator.

At the Diocese level there are 17 active Diocesan Caritas Coordinators, with two vacancies. Pictured below are the DCCs and staff of the national office during their Voter Education & Awareness training event in January 2022 which was held in Port Moresby.
